The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence – Rochester Area can help. As one of 27 affiliates in New York State and over 90 affiliates nationwide of NCADD, Inc., our express purpose is to reduce the incidence and prevalence of the disease of alcoholism and other drug dependence.
