Jessi Tran is the Vice-President, Customer Experience & Design Operations at MasterCard. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley – Walter A. Haas School of Business. Prior to her current position, she served as a Business Operations Consultant to MasterCard and for a significant period of time was the Director of Business Operations, Social Innovation & PayPal Giving Fund. Jessi brings a wealth of experience in the areas of product operations, go-to-market strategy, program management, technical development, financial services, information technology, and technical analysis. In the past she has severed as the director, senior operations manager, senior go-to-market manager or program manager in positions for some of the foremost financial institutions in the world.
